Ben, you're likely too young to remember this, but once upon a time, Enterprise Cape Breton put FULL PAGE ads in the New York Times and the Washington Post that said "FREE MONEY IN CAPE BRETON"... which brought a stampede of con artists, slick talkers, and scammers to liberate those dollars.
MacDonald and whoever's working his strategy are doing FAR better. This is good stuff.

I think the jobs and business that are backing up the strategy are clearly key. "Great jobs!" has a more feasible ring to it than "Free money!"
